What do we really know about TDP lamp?

What is a TDP lamp and what makes a TDP lamp more than a simple gadget and can become an ideal therapy tool or even essential for individuals or professionals.

First of all, what does the acronym TDP mean?

It means "Teding Diancibo Pu, which translates approximately to a special electromagnetic spectrum.

The TDP lamp invented by the Chongqing Research Institute headed by Mr. Gou Wenbin in 1985 was created to mimic the properties of these slag and ceramic kiln, which is the key element of this therapeutic tool it is its ceramic plate which when heated emits this famous heat diffusing infrared mineral waves.

What is migraine, can we use acupuncture to treat it?

Ever thought that why would your head hurt a lot from times to times? At first you will think that, oh it might be because I did not sleep enough, or maybe I did not eat enough, or just say, it is so normal to have headaches. No! Do not ignore these signs, you possibly have a headache disorder, also called migraine.

What is Migraine?
Migraine can be caused and brought you after several headache problem. It is a headache disorder characterized by recurrent headaches, and you can have moderate to severe intensity. When you have headaches, half of your head would hurting, and can last from 2 to 72 hours. Sandalwood is a harmonizer between your heart and breath rate. It is important to take care of your heart rate, to be simply in better shape. Sandalwood is the best to treat anxiety, depression and insomnia.
Perfect mix of 3 of my favorite essential oils, Divine essence has something for anti-stress. Made of Lavendula, Sweet Orange, Bermagot, and 2 other essential oils. Isn’t that perfect for you, for anxiety. You will see that, this has a not too strong citrus smell, and calming your heart.
Talking about Sweet Orange, obviously, this one is the best for depression. You want to solve that by adding something sweet, and color to your life.
There are honestly a lot of essential oils that could treat the problem you are looking for, but these are the common ones that I see. You get your favorite diffuser that can purify your room as well, and also your favorite aroma, you cannot ask for other things!

Did you know that Cupping has been a trend for a very long time, but still, some people are unfamiliar with these cups. Today, many people are looking for learning how to cupping on customers, or themselves. Massage Therapists are starting to implement the usage of cupping in their treatments. Before I introduce the methods how to clean them, it depends who are using it. Are you a professional or are you using it at home?

If you are using as a professional on patients, it needs to be more sanitized than others because you are using it on many other patients.

Professional sterilization is done by immersing cups in a bleach solution to disinfect them. Lierre.ca recommend using ten parts water, one part bleach (10/1) and soaking them for two hours. The proportion can vary depending the regions and order’s standards. You should definitely consult your local association for further instructions.

If you are using only for yourself, at home, there are fewer ways to wash it.

You can clean it with soap or disinfectants, for personal uses. If you use with oil, it is important to thoroughly wipe the cups, then clean with neutral (preferably unscented) soap to get rid of the dirt or oil residue. If you are also a clean freak, you can also leave it in boiling water for two or three minutes.

Généralement, les clients vont chercher de l’huile de massage, mais il existe plusieurs alternatives à ceux qui n’aime pas à avoir de l’huile sur la peau.

• L’huile de massage : Ils peuvent venir avec odeur ou sans, et elle est plus hydratante. Chaque produit, ou type d’huile promet différente résultat ou bénéfice. L’huile, généralement, glisse plus facilement que les alternatives.
• Le gel de massage : Le gel est une sorte d’huile, mais des fois, il sort plus vers le gel, voici pourquoi des fois, les clients pensent que le gel est huileux, mais c’est l’huile est le proche au gel.
